Disney bus driver arrested for internet sex sting of minor

A Walt Disney World bus driver is facing felony charges after investigators say he sent sexually explicit messages, including a photo of his genitals, to an undercover detective posing as a young girl 15 year old girl.

Zachary Hudson, 30, identified himself as a bus driver at the ‘teenage girl’ resort and told her he was texting her while at work on June 4 and 5, according to a affidavit from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Transcripts of their affidavit messages showed that he had offered to meet her for sex.

Hudson, of Odessa, was arrested by Orange County deputies at the Magic Kingdom while working on June 6, records show. He faces charges of transmitting harmful material to a minor and using a two-way communication device to commit a felony, both third-degree felonies.

He is among 12 people arrested in connection with an undercover investigation by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office targeting adults preying on children.

Records show Hudson met the detective posing as the teenager on an undisclosed social media website and continued to message her after she identified as underage.

“I could honestly go to jail for this, but I’ll risk it for you,” he wrote.

He told the detective he worked at Disney World, then struck up a sexual conversation. Hudson suggested the two could meet in person at her home and see each other naked “in secret and in private,” according to an affidavit.

He said the two “should be careful” due to their “age gap” and then sent her the graphic photo, according to the records.
