Many webmasters and bloggers are currently using PHP Link directory (phpLD) as their link building software. PhpLD is available as a free download but for more features, it is only $25.00 (not bad).
I was personally using a different software before then I turned to phpLD about 2 months ago. Of course, this is after I tried it on my practice domain and got a feel of the interface. With the increased interest in Blogging (web Logging), many web hosting providers now provide an assortment of free usage, open source blogging software packages.
Among the most popular of these blogging tools are B2evolution, WordPress and Nucleus. Each of these programs offer similar basic features, so the question arises as to which one is easiest to use and would be appropriate for the requirements of your particular website.
The answer lies in the true purpose of your blog website. If your primary goal is to share your opinions and ideas with the general public, you would want to utilize a different blogging tool than a user who was creating product blogs as a commercial sales effort. You may have heard these terms bandied about and wondered what exactly they are and (more importantly) what they mean for your business.
So let’s dig right in and get some answers. First, some definitions.
Social networking is actually a pretty broad term. It basically means any type of relationship-building amongst a group of people with a common interest (business or personal). Whether you are targeting a niche market or a wider more general audience, one of the most effective tools to reach those interested in what you have to offer is writing and submitting articles concerning your particular craft. Article marketing is a great way for the average person to do some great things with their marketing efforts. One of the reasons it is so effective is that it allows the marketer to truly project the writer’s own business ideas, values, and expectations into the article itself giving the reader a real sense of the writers character thus establishing an immediate bond or sense of trust and instills confidence in the reader for the writer, product and or service. At the same time, it can also reveal character flaws in writers of poorly written articles. The fakes will eventually make themselves known. Anyone who knows something and can write, or even pay someone to write for them can use articles to their advantage.
Here are a few tips in writing an article that will attract the most readers.
1. It will help your sales if you keep your articles short and to the point, as the cliché goes, long enough to cover the subject but short enough to keep it interesting. 500 to 750 words is long enough to give your readers information they can use and implement instantly and still be short enough not to bore them.
